We’ve built an end-to-end product to help brands grow and understand their audience and generate first-party data to activate their audience whenever and wherever they want. We recently launched a browser extension called Surf that rewards consumers for their everyday browsing and has amassed 30k+ users in the first 3 mos. and has over 300 five star reviews. We are looking for an experienced Growth Hacker to drive user conversion and reach our ambitious growth goals. This strategic position requires a passion for growth marketing, technology and experimentation.

Reporting to the CMO, this role is part of the Marketing team and will work very closely across the company to drive user conversion.

‍Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Brainstorm, conceptualize and plan ongoing ideas/ growth hacks that drive new consumer user conversion
• Execute on new experiments to deliver, target, and run marketing campaigns and approaches that drive direct user growth impact. Test ideas, find ways to automate, rinse and repeat
• Creation of content and ongoing iteration/ optimization of marketing assets for conversion by testing different targeting, messaging and creative approaches
• Contribute to the development of an effective inbound marketing strategy (e.g. social media, content marketing, communities, etc.) in collaboration with Marketing, CS and Product teams
• Identify new channels and partners to engage our target audiences

Experience/Qualifications:

• A hacker’s mentality – curious and creative problem solver
• Experience in executing consumer social media and digital marketing strategies, with a track record of quickly growing substantial users and engagement.
• Ability to create content that engages and converts.
• Deep understanding of consumer roles, personas and segmentation
• Experience with HubSpot, Active Campaign or similar marketing automation platforms
• Team player who thrives in high growth environments
• Excellent self-management and strong organizational and communication skills
