Although the information collected within our platform is publicly available, SocialRank complies with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from the European Union and Switzerland (concerning our Customers whose use of the SocialRank system may constitute a cross-border transfer of data).
Information collected within our platform is publicly available, SocialRank does not circumvent your personal privacy policies through social networks.

Notice Concerning Content Shared Online by Children SocialRank does not direct any of its business practices directly or indirectly towards children. We are committed to respecting the privacy of children online and ensuring that SocialRank is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If SocialRank learns that the information of a child under the age of 13 is stored within its platform, SocialRank will promptly remove all data stored and analysis derived from such data.
SocialRank indexing of publicly available information will include information from public websites and profiles that may have in error granted accounts to children under the age of 13. SocialRank is not accountable for the verification practices deployed by third party websites or social channels.

You have the right, upon written request, to access the publicly available information that SocialRank processes. If such content is found, SocialRank will provide details about this information and how it is being used. This obligation is only in relation to content that is directly held by SocialRank, not in any information that is held by its Customer.
